DELIVERY TIME
Orders should arrive within 2-7 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. 420 B.V. is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, 420 B.V. has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that 420 B.V. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.
420 B.V. will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

IMPORT TAX
When ordering goods from 420 B.V. for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, 420 B.V. is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and 420 B.V. cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases made through the 420 B.V. online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled through secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. Complete the order form true and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Customers can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you without any extra charges or refund the money for the returned item(s). Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition, if the product packaging is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

In case of an error from our end and a return is necessary, returns should be sent using the post, not express shipping. In case of returning items back to us from countries outside of the EU, please describe a lowered commercial value on the invoice as extra costs from taxes will be charged back to the customer.

Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of €5,00.

AVAILABILITY
We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. 420.nl will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
