Return & Refunds

If you want to return a faulty or incorrect item, please read our return policy carefully.

Customers can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition.

We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you without any extra charges or refund the money for the returned item(s).

Free returns are not available on items that require a refund. Paid shipping cost will not be refunded.

Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition.

Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled returns will not be accepted.

If you send an item back, please enclose the return form in your returning parcel.

When returning items, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company.

Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of €5,00.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

It will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.
